Ok so over the weekend I had for bfast a boiled egg and one of these:
This was awesome....so very good and filling. I looked at the different varieties and noticed that not all of them are good for you..This one had 100% juice and puree blend.
The sugar is HIGH but I am thinking its due to all the fruit since fruit is naturally high in sugar.
Here are some of the ingredients:
Apple Juice, Peach, mango, strawberry, and banana puree...soy lecithin, vitamin C, wheat grass, Barley grass, wheat sprouts artichoke lemon bioflavanoids and nova scotia dulse
Now this is much different from my usual product ingredient list. I can at least pronounce or figure out what’s in it. I may start making my own Super foods smoothies with the packets from whole foods...I am off to research what the hell a Bioflavanoid is...LOL
Today is a emotional, hormonal..UGH day.

I had a NSV last night...
when I got off work at 4:00 ....I didn't wanna go to they gym.... My step class didn’t start until 5:30 so I knew if I didn't go I wouldn't right then....it was NOT going to happen.
So I bit the bullet and got on the mill...20 mins rotating between 9 and 15 incline (yeah I had to hold on!)
...then GUESS WHAT….I got on the elliptical.....Yeah!...I can’t believe it either. I hate BOTH of them with a PASSION…but I had to get it in and I did......
..burned off my entire lunch.

I have been REALLY contemplating a 5 day fast...not for weight loss purposes but for spiritual reasons...to see if my self control is there....to test it.
I can’t fathom going 1 day without solid food. Or even 8 hours.
Maybe I'll do the fasting from 8-8 everyday for 5 days....or just go all out and do the master cleanse for 5 days......
I don’t know. I’ve been researching and I want to find one that is beneficial to my health and spirit....
and still have a way that I can work out.
I wanted to start this week but I need to be mentally ready for it.and more prepared. maybe next week. P90x
I am very interested in doing this program…on one hand…but on the other..
I am NOT a fan of working out at home….

Here’s this weeks schedule until I can figure other stuff out… Monday: Zumba Tuesday: Rest Day Wednesday: Step and Sculpt (did this last week and liked it) Thursday: Step or Circuit Training (this is new for me) Friday: Rest Day Saturday: Step or Pilates Sunday: Kickboxing This is my goal for the week. And 1100-1200 calories a day 3 meals and 2 snacks!
Ok so Friday was a fun fun night...we had a BLAST!
Saturday morning woke up feeling like someone stabbed me in the throat!!
I was feeling like UGHHHHH
so I stayed in bed most of the day.
When I did go out to get things for the house and for the week. I realized at 3 or 4 that I hadn’t eaten.
and GUESS what I ate???
Some friggin McDonalds. It was the 1st thing I could put my hands on...
so Day 6 out the window.
Sunday I was still feeling bad I did eat a turkey sandwich on thin, a mango, some 100 cal chips..
and for Dinner someone brought me a King Crab leg and 2 corn on the cobs...
O devoured that and was in the bed for the night....
Watching them Saints act up!!
So as you can see Day 6 and 7 were a BUST!
I still haven’t recorded my weight. Why?? I don't know. I did pull the scale out Sunday and it said 183 or so and I put it right back up!!
I've been semi focused and I know that scale can throw me off.....

So this week I am doing the fat smash partly and partly calorie counting.

The 5K was GREAT!

In my age group I was#1000 out of 2549 runners. YAY!
and out of all 6670 runners I was #1890.....I ain't mad at that...
I am ooober proud of myself. I took 2 small 1 min breaks and thats it..
I enjoyed the run...LOL....go figure

Think about it....I was feeling full all day yesterday...satisfied. but if the right thing was presented(chips/dip, nachos etc. ) I would eat it. .....I need to watch that behavior like a HAWK.lol
Last night I made a veggie stir fry….with all the egg roll flavor as my veggie side...
Ingredients
Cabbage, Carrots, Green Onion, Yellow Onion, Celery, Mushrooms, water chestnuts, Sprouts (love these), soy sauce and a tbsp oyster sauce...*forgot to add the ginger I had..all sesoned with salt, pepper, onion powder and accent. Glad I keep a wok handy...loves this thing....
The cooking goes FAST so have all of your veggies ready to chop and drop:

Then I sautéed the mushrooms, chestnuts and sprouts
Then I added the cabbage and carrots...made a well and added the sauce...
then I answered the phone while I was "woking" and let it go to long. But it was still delish!

My coworker reminded me that this week is "eat week" here at work. Which is when we are being taken out to lunch and have a Bday to celebrate in the same week. Today the bday bfast which usually always includes (bagels, doughnuts, kolaches, cream cheese and a meat and cheese tray)

I’ll be having a yogurt and a v8 **I did just that. I didn’t have a taste sipped my coffee and laughed it up. There were some Haters amongst the group but I QUICKLY shut them down..lol...reminding them that they wish they had the will power. Gotta love confidence**
Tomorrow is some overpriced kickoff campaign here at work.
They are serving Bfast tacos and juice! NO FRUIT!
Then on Thursday it's lunch with the boss……at a Mexican restaurant.
Since I am not huge on Mexican food…I’m not too afraid about this. I’ve peeped the menu and will be having the salad w/ chicken and some veggie soup.
That day calls for a salad with an egg (for protein) and the soup is on my snack list.
I think I picked a great week to start.lol
